Consultation Services Douglas T. Carrell Ph.D. is a male fertility specialist who has researched Andrology for more than 20 years. Couples who are faced with male infertility often have unanswered questions or would like an in-depth evaluation and explanation of a treatment plan. Couples with a physician’s referral may contact the Andrology Lab to schedule a 45 minute consultation. Dr. Carrell evaluates the semen analysis, genetic history, medical records and health history (husband questionnaire and wife questionnaire ) prior to presenting the options for further evaluation or treatment to a couple. |
